DriveMaya is an online platform that connects travellers with independent private owners who rent their vehicles. DriveMaya is not a car rental company, does not own the vehicles, is not a party to the rental contract and does not collect rental payments.

The owner is solely responsible for the vehicle, its legal documents, insurance, condition, the rental contract, the price and the deposit. The client and owner agree on all rental terms directly.

Prices on the site are provided by owners and are estimates until confirmed by the owner. A booking request is not a confirmed reservation until the owner confirms it.

DriveMaya does not guarantee the mechanical condition, permits or insurance coverage of the vehicles. Check the car, the insurance policy and the contract before you take it. To the extent permitted by Mexican consumer law, DriveMaya is not liable for accidents, damage, theft, fines or disputes arising from the rental.
